Quality Control Specialist – Complaint Investigation

At WeQuel, we connect skilled specialists with exciting assignments across Life Science and industry. We are now looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist for an assignment with a global consumer healthcare company at its manufacturing site in Helsingborg. The site produces over-the-counter medicines for the global market. You will join the Operations organisation.

The assignment

You will coordinate, assign and review quality control inspection activities. You will investigate complaints and inspect returned products to find the root cause. You will also collect and analyse quality data and prepare statistical reports on quality control results for management.

Your responsibilities

- Review quality control inspections
- Investigate complaints and inspect returned products, including root cause analysis
- Collect data, analyse trends and prepare reports for assigned quality processes
- Train and support team members so quality standards are followed
- Coach employees on quality assurance practices and procedures

Requirements

- Experience of quality control and inspection
- Experience of complaint investigation and root cause analysis
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meriting

- Experience from the pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer health industry
- Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement
- Experience of training and coaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strategic mindset with focus on results
