Practice Description:
Our Digital Identity team helps organizations design and implement secure, scalable ways of managing who can access systems, applications and data — and under which conditions.​
​
We help clients answer questions such as: How should access be automated across thousands of users and applications? How do we control privileged accounts? How can applications be integrated securely? And how should identity architecture evolve as organizations move to cloud and modern authentication?​
​
As a Senior Associate, you will take ownership of key implementation workstreams, translate business and security requirements into technical solutions, and guide junior colleagues through configuration, integration and testing.

Core Activities: “ What You’ll Be Working On” ​

- Own IAM implementation workstreams: Take responsibility for defined areas, like identity governance, access management, privileged access or Microsoft identity. ​
- Translate requirements into technical solutions: Understand business and security needs and turn them into configurations, workflows and integration designs. ​
- Design identity lifecycle processes: Define how users receive, change and lose access across joiner, mover and leaver scenarios. ​
- Implement secure authentication: Configure Single Sign-On, MFA, federation and modern authentication across enterprise applications. ​
- Design roles and access models: Help clients structure permissions, approval workflows and access policies that balance security with business needs. ​
- Integrate applications and IAM platforms: Connect HR systems, directories, cloud platforms and business applications using standard identity protocols and APIs. ​
- Troubleshoot complex issues: Analyze authentication, provisioning and integration problems and determine appropriate technical solutions. ​
- Guide delivery teams: Review technical outputs, support testing and provide direction to junior team members.​

Key Skills: “ What you need to have” ​

Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience in IAM, cybersecurity engineering, cloud identity, application integration or related technology areas.​

We are looking for people who can understand a business requirement and translate it into a working identity solution. You should be comfortable independently configuring and troubleshooting IAM technologies, designing integrations and explaining technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.​

Hands-on experience with areas such as Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, identity governance, access management or privileged access is highly relevant. Knowledge of authentication standards, APIs, scripting and cloud environments is expected, while experience with platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk or equivalent solutions is an advantage.​

As a Senior Associate, you will deepen your technical identity expertise while taking greater ownership of solution design and delivery. You will learn to design identity processes and integrations, solve more complex implementation challenges and connect security requirements with practical enterprise architecture, while beginning to guide teams and client stakeholders.​
