About Our Roles in Asset Management Operations
The Asset Management Client Reporting team delivers centralized reporting services across the division. You will support the reporting life cycle for institutional, fund, alternative, and retail businesses while learning how strong data quality, controls, and automation support client outcomes. The role offers exposure to global partners across Sales, Client Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, timely client reports and fund materials.
- Validate data, investigate exceptions, and escalate issues.
- Document workflows, procedures, dependencies, and controls.
- Support report onboarding, regulatory, and business initiatives.
- Identify & execute process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Partner with global teams to meet reporting obligations.
- Help improve data quality, efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate qualification.
- Strong academic record; preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Analytical, detail oriented, and employs a structured problem solving approach.
- Sound financial market knowledge, risk awareness, judgment, and integrity.
- Ownership mindset with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative, curious, and proficient in tooling such as Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial markets with sound risk awareness, judgment, integrity, and ethical standards.
- Basic understanding of business intelligence and artificial intelligence tools.
- Interest in data analysis, report automation, and process reengineering.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Motivation to learn about Asset Management Operations generally and Client Reporting specifically.
