Job Summary
The Cash Application Analyst – Portuguese & Spanish is responsible for managing customer payments for LAD countries from GFIC.
The role identifies incoming customer payments and accurately applies them to the appropriate Accounts Receivable invoices. It investigates and resolves unapplied cash, unidentified receipts, short payments, overpayments, and other payment discrepancies .
The analyst collaborates closely with Spanish/ Portuguese -speaking customers, Collections, AR, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate cash posting. The position also performs reconciliations, supports month-end activities, maintains records and reporting, and contributes to process improvement and root-cause resolution.
