Role- QA Engineer- Automation
Target Profiles: Strong hands-on Automation Engineers with solid programming and coding expertise. 2. Key Technical Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in automation testing across UI or backend applications .
- Proficiency in Python or Java , with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Ability to independently write code, build automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
- Candidates should be capable of independently owning a feature, developing the automation solution, and ensuring the expected results.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation test cases, with an expected scale of approximately 100–200 test cases .
3. AI Expertise
- Exposure to AI and AI-driven testing is an added advantage but not mandatory .
- Candidates without AI experience can also be considered if they demonstrate strong programming and automation capabilities.
4. Candidate Profile Expectations
- Prioritize hands-on engineers who can independently code, build, debug, and maintain automation solutions.
- Look for strong technical problem-solving skills and end-to-end ownership.
- Avoid profiles focused primarily on leadership or management responsibilities.
