Job Description:

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in air cargo, logistics, or gateway operations.
- Proven leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily Sunrise Export and Import Operations to ensure smooth and timely operational execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational targets and maintain high-performance standards.
- Monitor daily operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, security requirements, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments, airline partners, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure proper handling and processing of export and import shipments in line with service commitments and operational requirements.
- Monitor workload distribution, resource allocation, and staffing to ensure operational continuity.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
- Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
- Prepare and communicate operational reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans to management.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams to support business objectives.
