Your Tasks:
- Performing general administrative and assistance tasks
- Placing orders and processing bookings
- Processing travel expense reports
- Preparing and checking invoices
- Managing employee software
- Rotating through different departments, including Human Resources, Purchasing, Materials Management, Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Sales
Apprenticeship start: August 1, 2027, in Erfurt
Duration: 3 years in the German dual vocational training system

Your Profile:
- At least a good intermediate secondary school qualification (Realschulabschluss), particularly in German and mathematics
- Good German language skills (C1) and English language skills (B1/B2)
- Interest in business and a good understanding of numbers
- Confident in using a PC
- A high level of care and reliability
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
