Responsible Procurement Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

- Complete supplier due-diligence and ongoing monitoring by conducting supplier risk, compliance, and ESG screenings, tracking remediation actions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support EcoVadis and sustainability reporting by coordinating supplier outreach, follow-up, engagement, and analysis.
- Contribute to the Scope 3 emissions program by supporting data collection, reporting, and development.
- Maintain remediation trackers and evidence records by documenting supplier findings and keeping records audit-ready.
- Gather ESG and risk information and develop reports for leadership and audit purposes.
- Support supply chain resiliency by gathering and analyzing supplier data with the Global Sourcing team.
- Prepare for audits and respond to internal and external data and evidence requests.
- Ensure data quality by collaborating with the Data Analyst, Supplier Experience Manager, and Data Governance team to maintain supplier risk and master data integrity.

YOU HAVE:

- Academic background in: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Previous experience in or with: 1-3+ years in procurement, ESG, sustainability reporting, or compliance analytics; experience with EcoVadis, CDP, or supplier risk platforms preferred; familiarity with supply chain resiliency is an advantage.
- Skills: Excel/Power Query, Power BI fundamentals, research, ESG reporting, GHG Scope calculation reporting, and the ability to present findings clearly to leadership.
