About this role
About Numan
Founded in 2018, we’ve already grown to be a 300+ team distributed across the globe, united by a singular mission: empowering people to take control of their health.
Numan is transforming health: we’ve built a cutting-edge platform that integrates diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes, and doctor consultations. Giving people the tools they need to maximise life.
To deliver on our transformative mission, we are guided by our 5 company values:
• Patients first.
• Learn fast.
• Own the quality.
• Succeed together.
• Care deeply.
Backed by top-tier investors, Numan is already having a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients here in the UK, and we want you to help us deliver this mission!
You will:
- Help shape the pricing strategy for each category, bringing the analysis that underpins it. Maintain the pricing system we run on, the price architecture, promo rules and guardrails that category leads work within, and flag when it needs to change as the market moves.
- Analyse price points and discounts across categories. Recommend changes that improve margin and competitiveness, then track their impact on conversion, retention and profitability.
- Design pricing and discounts tests in conjunction with the Growth, Marketing and Finance teams, agree success measures and guardrails before launch, and read the results with statistical rigour.
- Report on revenue, margin and unit economics by category, product and cohort. Flag trends, risks and opportunities early.
- Support quarterly planning and forecasting with Finance. Track actuals against plan and explain the variances.
- Track competitor pricing and propositions across the UK market, and turn changes into clear implications for our positioning.
