Job Purpose:
- The Equipment Operator with Laborer Skills at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC is responsible for operating a variety of light and heavy machinery while performing manual labor tasks on job sites. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely, adhering to all safety protocols and contributing to the team's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of construction equipment, such as excavators and skid steers, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Execute demanding manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, hauling materials, and preparing work sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to safety in all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Required Education:
