Digital Solutions Junior Consultant – (UAE National)

Dubai, UAE

Parsons is seeking a talented Digital Solutions Junior Consultant to join our team in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for a UAE National to contribute to high-profile urban and infrastructure development projects that are shaping the future of our cities.

As part of the Digital Solutions team, you will support clients in achieving their technology and digital transformation objectives across smart cities, advanced mobility, artificial intelligence, and process digitalization. The role requires adaptability, analytical thinking, creativity, and a strong passion for technology.

You will work closely with senior consultants, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to research emerging technologies, develop innovative digital solutions, support project delivery, prepare technical documentation, analyze data, and contribute to quality assurance activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Support client engagements related to smart city initiatives and digital transformation across various sectors in the Middle East.
- Research emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure, urban development, project management, and digital solutions.
- Assist in developing concepts, specifications, and recommendations for digital solutions.
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital projects.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, technical documents, and other project deliverables.
- Support data analysis and visualization activities.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including master planning, landscaping, mobility, environment and sustainability, asset management, and engineering.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in smart cities, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and related technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

- UAE National with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Solutions, Engineering, or a related discipline .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and lateral-thinking skills.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and emerging digital trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Recent graduates, including Computer Engineering graduates , are encouraged to apply.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

- Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications and digital transformation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI .
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, system architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with smart city technologies, mobility solutions, infrastructure systems, or urban development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous internship, academic project, or professional experience in digital solutions, consulting, technology, or engineering is an advantage.
