About this role

Are you passionate about improving logistics processes and translating business needs into practical SAP solutions? Do you enjoy working closely with operational users, product teams and developers to deliver meaningful change in an Agile environment?

We’re looking for a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join an Agile product team responsible for the delivery, maintenance and evolution of a suite of SAP logistics applications. You’ll be the link between business stakeholders, SAP systems and development teams, helping to make sure requirements are understood, refined and delivered effectively.

Working as part of a collaborative product team, you’ll contribute across the full delivery lifecycle – from requirements gathering and impact assessments through to testing, deployment support and continuous improvement. You’ll work alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers and end users to deliver sustainable solutions that support warehouse and logistics operations.

We can offer great career progression opportunities, ability to be based anywhere across the UK, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs, and training and development opportunities.

You’ll be aligned to one of our UK Aerospace, Defence and Security sites and benefit from flexible hybrid working. The role involves regular travel to Bristol and Chester, as well as other client sites, averaging around one day per week.

What you'll be doing:

- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements, translating them into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Performing techno-functional analysis of SAP logistics applications, assessing impacts, dependencies, risks and implementation considerations for changes and enhancements.
- Supporting Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation and release planning.
- Working with developers and stakeholders to validate solutions against business and technical requirements.
- Coordinating integration testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing, including defect investigation and resolution.
- Investigating production incidents, supporting root cause analysis and contributing to continuous improvement across applications and processes.

What you’ll bring:

- Knowledge of SAP logistics modules, including Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution and Materials Management.
- Knowledge of Production Supply and Kanban processes.
- Understanding of SAP Fiori, SAP UI5 applications, OData services and SAP system integrations.
- Experience analysing business processes and translating requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
- Experience conducting impact assessments and supporting technical investigations across SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams and supporting integration testing, User Acceptance Testing and production activities.

It would be great if you had:

- Experience of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

If you’re interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!
