About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team and drive sustainable growth by securing new business opportunities across the On Trade and Wholesale channels.

As New Business Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, winning and onboarding new customers, from independent operators through to large multi-site groups. Working closely with wholesale partners and internal stakeholders, you'll develop strategic business plans, unlock new routes to market and expand the distribution of our market-leading portfolio.

You'll combine commercial expertise, industry knowledge and relationship-building skills to create compelling propositions that deliver growth for both our customers and Molson Coors.

What You'll Do

- Win new business opportunities - Build and execute a strategic new business plan, developing a robust pipeline of prospects and securing high-value customers across the On Trade and Wholesale landscape.
- Develop compelling commercial propositions - Use customer insight, market knowledge and commercial acumen to create tailored solutions that drive mutual growth and differentiate our brands within the drinks industry.
- Deliver exceptional customer onboarding - Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new customers are set up for long-term success and quickly realise the value of partnering with Molson Coors.
- Build strong industry partnerships - Collaborate with wholesale partners, internal teams and key stakeholders to maximise distribution opportunities, unlock growth and strengthen our route-to-market strategy.

About You

We're looking for a commercially driven business development professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with a passion for winning new business and delivering results.

- Drinks industry experience - Proven success in new business development within the Beer, Wine & Spirits (BWS), drinks, hospitality or wider On Trade sector. You'll bring a strong understanding of industry dynamics, customer needs and route-to-market opportunities.
- Commercial acumen - Experience managing complex negotiations and commercial agreements, with a strong understanding of forecasting, profitability and long-term customer value.
- Influencing and relationship building - Ability to build trusted relationships and influence effectively with customers, wholesale partners and senior stakeholders, including decision-makers at board level.
- Data-driven and results focused - Uses CRM tools, sales analytics and market insights to prioritise opportunities, track performance and deliver against ambitious growth targets.

We know not everyone will meet every requirement. If you're excited about this role and believe you can make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
