About this role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage the mortgage contract signing process for Nawy clients, ensuring their questions are addressed and contracts are signed within the required deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication throughout the mortgage contract signing process.
- Answer clients' questions regarding contract terms and procedures.
- Follow up with clients to ensure contracts are signed within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and avoid delays.
- Track contract statuses and ensure all required documentation is completed.
Requirements
Experience: 0–1 Years | Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Very good English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
