Your Key Responsibilities
This role offers the opportunity to have a sustainable impact on the company's VDI landscape.
1. Development and Implementation:
• Implement global VDI solutions, ensuring they align with industry standards and organizational goals.
• Design and architect customized global VDI solutions tailored to meet the needs of global clients.
• Work closely with technical teams to establish robust, scalable, and efficient VDI environments.
2. Technical Leadership and Consulting:
• Provide expert guidance on VDI technologies, advising clients and internal teams on best practices and cutting-edge solutions.
• Serve as a technical lead in the planning and execution of VDI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with global teams to standardize processes, develop technical documentation, and share knowledge.
3. Management and operations:
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of existing VDI environment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular performance assessments, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Analyze system metrics to proactively address potential issues before they impact users or operations.
4. Support and Training:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex VDI issues, serving as the point of escalation for user problems.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams and clients to enhance their understanding and use of VDI solutions.
• Create user guides, FAQs, and tutorials to facilitate ease of use and adoption among global users.
5. Security and Compliance:
• Implement security protocols and measures to protect VDI environments from breaches and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure all VDI implementations comply with international and industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to continuously monitor and enhance security postures.
6. Innovation and Strategy:
• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the field of VDI.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability to existing or new projects.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance and expand VDI offerings, supporting the digital transformation goals of the organization.
Your Qualifications
• Fluent English skills (verbal and written), intercultural knowledge, good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Operational administration and Project coordination experiences.
• Coordination of troubleshooting processes for complex problems in collaboration with different external vendors and internal interfaces, open-minded, targeted, business thinking, customer-focused, team-player.
• At least several years of experience in the field of VDI implementation and management, particularly in large, complex enterprise environments.
•Specific experience with leading technologies and platforms such Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure Services and Azure CLI, Microsoft Windows Operating System (Server & Client), PowerShell Scripting, Power BI.
