ABOUT THE ROLE You will meet clients who visit the clinic, understand their hair or skin concern, suggest the right treatment plan and help them start their treatment. WHAT YOU WILL DO •     Give consultations to walk-in and booked clients for hair and skin concerns. •     Explain treatments, expected results and prices in a simple and honest way. •     Convert consultations into treatment packages. •     Help the clinic achieve its targets. •     Suggest suitable homecare products. •     Call clients for follow-ups, next sessions and package renewals. •     Keep client records updated in the clinic software. •     Work closely with doctors and technicians for a smooth client experience. WHO CAN APPLY Must have •     5 to 7 years of total experience. •     Consultation or sales experience in a hair, skin or aesthetic clinic. •     Comfortable with monthly sales targets. •     Graduate or MBA. •     Comfortable working on weekends. Good to have •     Knowledge of PRP, GFC, laser hair reduction, hair transplant and hair replacement. •     Experience using a trichoscope or microscope in hair consultations. •     Can speak the local regional language along with Hindi and English.
