Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE, with deep specialization in Customer Insights, Journey Orchestration, and data integration. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and provide actionable business insights.
- 8+ years experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, especially Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Deep expertise in Customer Insights and Journey Orchestration within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, .NET, Power Apps, and Power Automate for customization.
- Strong data management skills using Power Platform, Azure Data Factory, and APIs.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and creating visualizations using Power BI.
- Ability to design, build, and maintain integration processes across platforms.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, version control, and code review processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and performance tuning abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a global environment.
- Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications and familiarity with Azure DevOps tools.
