We are seeking a proactive and socially savvy intern to join our TikTok LIVE team. We are obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimise TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys working with creators, and is passionate about the creator economy.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of creator campaigns and community initiatives for the Polish market, including campaign setup, creator coordination, communication, and progress tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis, identifying key trends, learnings, and opportunities to improve future campaigns.
- Maintain and organise campaign-related data, creator lists, performance trackers, and regular reporting.
- Work closely with Creator and Agency Managers to support campaigns targeting different creator segments, including initiatives that help creators progress from Mature to Top tiers.
- Support other ad-hoc creator growth and community projects based on market needs.
