About the Role
Join an early-stage AI infrastructure team building a cloud-first platform for orchestrating coding agents. You will work closely with the founders to make persistent, collaborative agent workflows available across different infrastructure providers and interfaces.
What You'll Do

- Develop support for deployments across customer servers, bare-metal infrastructure, cloud providers, and managed compute.
- Enable teams to use a range of coding agents and models, including open-source models and bring-your-own subscriptions.
- Build and ship desktop, web, and mobile experiences, along with messaging and project-management integrations.
- Develop team features for shared environments, secrets, skills, MCP servers, spending controls, and usage visibility.
- Work with early customers to understand their needs and turn feedback into product improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Around two years of software engineering experience, or strong fundamentals as a recent graduate.
- Strong experience building or operating cloud and compute infrastructure, with an ability to support varied deployment environments.
- Regular hands-on use of coding agents, including experience running multiple agents in parallel and familiarity with current tools.
- Interest in agent-based software development and infrastructure that is independent of any single provider.
- Open-source contributions to coding agents or developer tools are a plus.
