Join as a Facilities Manager / Senior Facilities Manager and take real ownership of how our corporate client’s workplace runs, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy. This is an autonomous role in which you will shape and, where needed, build facility management processes, governance, and ways of working from the ground up. If you enjoy complex, multinational environments and want to leave a visible mark, this role offers both freedom and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of end-to-end facility operations, keeping offices, shared spaces, and amenities safe, efficient, and consistently well maintained.
- Design, introduce, and refine facility management processes, standards, and governance where they don’t yet exist, and bring structure to existing ones.
- Develop and execute facility and workplace strategies aligned with Work Dynamics and client objectives.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and operational costs with financial discipline, transparency, and clear reporting.
- Own vendor and service provider relationships, from sourcing and negotiation to performance management and SLA compliance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on space planning, relocations, refurbishments, and workplace change projects.
- Drive health, safety, and environmental compliance, including risk assessments, audits, and emergency preparedness.
- Champion sustainability and energy management, embedding best practices and supporting green building standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in corporate facility management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- An independent, entrepreneurial mindset, with the confidence to set direction, make decisions, and work with limited predefined structure.
- Proven ability to build and implement processes, and to turn ambiguity into clear, scalable ways of working.
- Ability to lead vendors, influence stakeholders, and manage service delivery at a senior level.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Financial acumen, with confidence in budgeting, cost control, and systems such as SAP, JDE, and CAFM tools.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to translate workplace and space data into practical, value-driven solutions.
- Clear, confident communication in Polish and English, with the ability to engage across cultures, plus strong project and change management skills.
