Account Manager French-speaking Switzerland – Datacenter & Storage (m/f/d)

Your Role

As Account Manager, you will manage and develop our partner business in French-speaking Switzerland. Your focus will be on IT infrastructure and datacenter solutions, particularly storage. You will strengthen existing relationships, recruit new partners and develop business opportunities together with our vendors and specialists.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage and expand our network of resellers and system integrators in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Recruit new partners and build long-term business relationships.
- Identify and manage sales opportunities, from initial needs assessment through to closing.
- Develop joint business opportunities with partners and vendors.
- Work closely with product specialists, pre-sales consultants and sales colleagues in the region.
- Maintain regular communication and alignment with our Zurich headquarters.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Attend partner meetings, vendor events and networking activities.

Your Profile

- Several years of account management or sales experience in IT infrastructure and datacenter solutions.
- Strong expertise in enterprise storage, particularly unified SAN/NAS architectures, data management and hybrid cloud integration, is a key requirement for this role.
- A sound understanding of modern datacenter requirements.
- Experience in channel sales, ideally with a distributor, vendor or system integrator.
- An established network of resellers and system integrators in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Fluency in French and English is essential; German language skills would be a significant additional asset.
- A proactive, structured and independent approach to work, with a clear focus on results.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills: you actively share information, involve the right colleagues and reliably coordinate joint activities.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a willingness to visit partners regularly.
