In this position...

- The Ford Credit Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Dealers for their assigned Region.
- This will include working in a team-based environment with close connections to the Ford Credit Regional Team, Ford Pro FinSimple Team, Business Operations partners, and Ford Division partners to manage risk and grow volume and share within the Region to deliver a strong, growing, and vibrant business. The BDM will deliver products, services and experiences that drive passion and loyalty to every customer, while managing to simplify the work we do and eliminate waste to move faster and be adaptable.
- The BDM will operate in a collaborative work environment performing Joint Sales Calls a range of functions to provide analysis and action-based strategies to support growth and consulting opportunities. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to work and collaborate across multiple internal/external teams along with end user customers.

You'll have...

- College degree preferred or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
- Dealer Credit and Originations experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Relocation approved.
- Must be located in the Portland, Salem, Corvalis area.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.
This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.
This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
