About the Route Delivery Driver Role at Duva Distributors
We're looking for a dependable driver to join our team on an established route serving retail stores, restaurants and institutional customers. No CDL is required, and Duva pays for your DOT medical card. Together, we make sure every customer gets what they need, when they need it, and you'll be the friendly face of Duva they look forward to seeing each day.
Pay: Starting at $1,200/week ($62,400/year). Our drivers average about $1,600/week ($83,200/year).
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Shifts start at 12:30 a.m. and end around 9:30 a.m.
What You'll Do
- Deliver orders on time and in the correct quantities.
- Load, unload and transport products safely, following all company safety procedures.
- Check every delivery and collect customer signatures or other required paperwork.
- Build strong customer relationships with professional, courteous service.
- Report delivery issues, vehicle concerns and customer feedback right away.
- Keep your delivery vehicle clean, organized and well maintained.

As those needs grew, he added more bakery lines. Today our busy customers can get everything they need from one supplier.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- DOT medical card (Duva pays for it)
- Able to drive a box truck (no CDL required)
- Able to lift and load up to 30 lbs repeatedly
- Able to work an overnight schedule
- Eligible to work in the United States
Nice to Have
- Route delivery or commercial driving experience
- Experience delivering to retail stores, restaurants or institutional accounts
