About this role
You’ll lead technical delivery for ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM workstreams — owning architecture, hands on development, MID Server design, Discovery & Service Mapping, and automation/orchestration. You’re the go to person for turning complex infrastructure/topology requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and keeping CMDB healthy (yes, the thing everyone blames when things go wrong).
