About this role
The main responsibilities cover:
- Lead the Tech, Data & AI Transformation Program: Own the end-to-end execution of the Tech, Data & AI transformation agenda, ensuring strategic initiatives are translated into tangible outcomes and delivered at pace in line with defined ambitions
- Own Financial Management and Workforce Planning : Lead the financial management activities of the Tech, Data & AI office and ensure strategic workforce plans are translated into actionable execution plans
- Support Strategy Definition and Strategic Steering: Support the continuous development, refinement, and execution of the Tech, Data & AI strategy
- Enable Cross-Functional Execution and Governance: Act as a key integrator across the Strategy & Governance team and broader Tech, Data & AI ecosystem.
- 5-8 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, program management, technology leadership, or operating model transformation .Proven experience dealing with audits, vendor management, controls & processes
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing financial planning, budgeting, workforce strategy, or business performance management.
- Experience operating in highly regulated and complex corporate environments.
