This role is critical to ensuring master data is accurate, consistent, complete, and ready for migration across regions and operational sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to cleanse, validate, standardize, and govern data supporting engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other business processes.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving progress across teams and geographies. This individual will help resolve data quality issues, strengthen governance practices, and establish sustainable processes that support long-term operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure consistency and accuracy of master data across systems, regions, and sites.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.

ERP Transformation & Data Migration

- Support data preparation, cleansing, and validation for migration to IFS Cloud.
- Ensure master data aligns with standardized business processes and templates.
- Help establish data readiness for deployment, cutover, and post-go-live operations.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve migration issues and maintain data integrity throughout implementation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with global business stakeholders to collect, validate, and approve master data.
- Help establish clear data ownership, accountability, and maintenance processes.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and resolve data-related challenges.
- Work cross-functionally with teams supporting engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

Data Issue Management & Continuous Improvement

- Serve as a key point of contact for master data quality issues.
- Investigate root causes and coordinate sustainable corrective actions.
- Monitor data quality KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Recommend improvements to data management tools, processes, and practices.

Compliance, Audit & Controls

- Maintain data integrity, traceability, and appropriate documentation.
- Support audit activities and compliance with internal policies and applicable requirements.
- Help ensure governance standards and data controls are consistently followed.

Qualifications

- Experience in master data management, data quality, data governance, ERP implementation, or a related field.
- Understanding of how master data supports end-to-end business processes, particularly in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Experience with data cleansing, validation, standardization, and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Ability to facilitate discussions, challenge processes constructively, and drive progress without direct authority.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with IFS Cloud or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, data migration, or business transformation programs.
- Familiarity with master data domains related to manufacturing, engineering, materials, products, suppliers, or supply chain.
- Experience developing or maintaining data governance standards, controls, and quality metrics.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple sites or regions.
