Responsive Repairs Operative (Social Housing)
We're looking for skilled Responsive Repairs Operatives to join our growing team in East London, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents across our social housing contracts.
East London | Company Van & Fuel Card | 38k per annum plus chance to earn up to £600 Per Month Bonus
About You
· NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade.
· Experience within responsive repairs, maintenance, or social housing.
· Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
· Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
· Full UK clean driving licence.
