About the Position:
Position Overview and Objective
The Sr. Campaigns Specialist supports end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue across assigned segments, products, and programs. Acting as the operational backbone for campaign delivery, this role owns the full campaign operational lifecycle — from intake, scoping, and build through QA, launch, tracking setup, and post-program support — ensuring programs are delivered on time, follow best practices, and produce measurable results.
This role partners closely with Acquisition Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, and other Go-To-Market stakeholders, combining strong hands-on execution with the judgment to advise on campaign structure, segmentation, and channel approach. It is ideal for a detail-oriented, systems-savvy campaign marketer who enjoys turning campaign requests into well-built, well-tracked programs, and who wants to grow into broader campaign strategy and cross-functional leadership over time.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the primary Campaign Operations point of contact for assigned marketing teams; intake, prioritize, and scope campaign requests in line with SLAs.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, SDR, Channel, Acquisition, and Customer teams to ensure campaigns operationally are aligned, resourced, and to execute effectively
- Campaign Execution: Support and own parts of end-to-end build and execution across Campaign Ops-supported channels, including email, webinars, direct mail, content syndication, meeting setting, list imports, and SPIFFs.
- Campaign Building: Build and configure programs in Marketo and Salesforce, including emails, landing pages, forms, smart campaigns, and Salesforce campaigns; leverage templates, tokens, and standardized structures to scale execution.
- Program Management: Manage campaign operational work and calendars through Wrike (or equivalent project management tooling), ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery aligned to product launches, sales plays, and market opportunities.
- Audience & Data Management: Own segmentation, list builds, and targeting for assigned campaigns; ensure proper use of suppression logic, consent, and targeting accuracy, partnering with MarTech on data quality and availability gaps.
- Tracking & Attribution: Configure campaign tracking, statuses, and attribution setup; maintain data integrity across Marketo and Salesforce and ensure alignment with global naming conventions and reporting frameworks.
- Reporting & Optimization: Enable accurate performance reporting, support stakeholders with post-campaign insights, and continuously improve efficiency through standardization and automation.
- Process Improvement: Act as liaison between marketing teams and MarTech/Admin on tooling issues and enhancements; identify opportunities to standardize and streamline recurring campaign work.
Experience & Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and executing campaigns in Marketo (or comparable marketing automation platform) and Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of campaign project management tools (e.g., Wrike) and webinar platforms (e.g., ON24).
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign requests and deadlines simultaneously.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance, maintain data integrity, and surface actionable insights.
- Clear, professional communication skills; able to advise stakeholders on campaign structure, segmentation, and channel approach.
- Detail-oriented approach to segmentation, list management, suppression logic, and data hygiene.
- Collaborative team player comfortable partnering across marketing, MarTech, and GTM stakeholders.
- Ability to identify efficiencies and standardize recurring campaign work.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, demand generation, or a combination of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
