How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Rental Inspector, you'll play a key role in keeping our equipment safe, reliable, and ready to work. Your attention to detail will help protect our customers, support your teammates, and ensure every piece of equipment meets the standards we're proud to stand behind.

What You’ll Do

- Inspect with purpose. Check rental equipment before delivery and upon return, making sure it's safe, operational, and ready for the next job.
- Catch the details that matter. Document equipment condition, identify damage or maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs to keep our fleet in top shape.
- Keep things running smoothly. Support equipment tracking, inventory accuracy, and minor maintenance while following established safety standards.
- Be someone others can count on. Work closely with teammates and customers, communicate clearly, and take ownership of doing the job right.

What You’ll Bring

- Hands-on experience. At least 2 years of experience in equipment inspection, maintenance, or rentals, with a working knowledge of construction or industrial equipment.
- A safety-first mindset. Understanding of equipment safety practices and regulations, with OSHA 10/30 training and relevant equipment certifications.
- A dependable attitude. Strong communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or alongside a team.
- Readiness to get the job done. High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to work indoors or outdoors in varying conditions, travel as needed, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle the physical demands of the role.
