About this role

Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager you'll play a critical role in driving the end-to-end delivery of technology and risk solution initiatives across a global, cross-functional team. You will ensure projects stay on track, aligned to quarterly plans, and delivered with quality — bridging the gap between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.

You'll thrive in this position if you're highly organized, an effective communicator, and energized by coordinating complex programs across multiple regions and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate project planning and execution by coordinating with stakeholders to define goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables, and monitoring progress to ensure on-time delivery within scope.

- Maintain and manage delivery planning items, proactively raising risks and issues to relevant stakeholders and escalating where needed to keep initiatives on track.

- Support quarterly release planning and retrospective sessions, helping teams reflect on delivery performance and prepare for upcoming cycles.

- Organize and facilitate recurring team meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment calls to drive accountability and clear communication.

- Partner with the product and program management team to implement and uphold project management best practices, frameworks, and change management processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or project coordination role.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.

- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships across regions.

- Fluency in English, with demonstrated experience collaborating effectively in global, matrixed environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with project tracking and planning tools.

- Experience in risk management, financial services, or a regulated industry (e.g., liquidity risk, ESG, capital risk).

This position will be located in Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
