Quality Supervisor

Quality Supervisor 1st Shift Seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead first-shift quality operations in a food manufacturing setting. This role will oversee quality staff, support food safety programs, investigate quality issues, and ensure products and processes meet established standards. What Youll Do

- Lead and develop quality team members.
- Monitor food safety, GMP, and quality compliance.
- Manage CAPAs, nonconformances, and root cause investigations.
- Support HACCP, preventive controls, audits, and environmental monitoring.
- Analyze quality trends and drive process improvements.
- Partner with production teams to resolve quality concerns.

What Were Looking For

- 5+ years of food quality/QA experience.
- Prior team leadership experience.
- HACCP and food safety experience.
- Knowledge of CAPA and root cause analysis.
- GFSI audit experience preferred.
- PCQI certification preferred.
- Bachelors degree in a related scientific discipline preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $88000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
