About this role

Product Manager - Digital Printing Systems

Description -

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take end-to-end accountability for a complex, technology-rich digital printing platform and its business outcomes. Translate customer needs into differentiated products that drive profitable growth, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic product and investment decisions with management, using customer, market, and competitive insights to build business cases, evaluate trade-offs, and set roadmap priorities.
- Lead product delivery across research and development, engineering, finance, operations, service, marketing, and sales—from requirements and development through validation, customer trials, launch, and ongoing support.
- Drive differentiation, productivity, equipment utilization, and cost efficiency; use product performance and customer feedback to prioritize improvements that maximize customer value.
- Partner with marketing and sales to expand market opportunities and drive customer adoption.

Key Capabilities

- Deep technical understanding, strong analytical skills, and customer insight in competitive business-to-business markets.
- Strong cross-functional leadership: inspire others, collaborate across multiple functions, align diverse stakeholders, and influence without direct authority, applying creative and critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, making complex topics clear to management, customers, and global teams.

Required Qualifications

- Proven product management experience with complex, multidisciplinary, hardware-based technology products.
- Relevant education in product management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. An engineering degree is a strong advantage; a Master of Business Administration, particularly in marketing, strategy, or entrepreneurship, is an advantage.

- Experience with industrial equipment or integrated hardware-and-software products, new product launches, or the printing industry.
- Experience in market sizing, company profit-and-loss analysis, and global sales and marketing partnerships.
