Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Define and govern solution architectures that support scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications, cloud services, and platform integrations.
- Lead complex technical initiatives from architectural design through development, deployment, and operational handover, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and quality standards.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic customer engagements, translating sophisticated business requirements into effective technical solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive architectural reviews, solution assessments, and technical decision-making across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system, infrastructure, and performance issues within mission-critical environments.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts across development processes, automation frameworks, deployment pipelines, and operational practices.
- Conduct and facilitate peer reviews, architectural assessments, and technical governance activities to maintain consistency and engineering excellence.
- Provide technical mentorship, coaching, and guidance to software engineers, consultants, and solution specialists, helping elevate technical capability across the organization.
- Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, architectural approaches, and industry best practices that can enhance product and platform capabilities.
