About this role

VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Regional Process Owner Manager to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland, on a permanent basis.

Let’s talk about the role!

The Regional Process Owner (RPO) is accountable for the design, governance and continuous improvement of the Engage-to-Cash (E2C) process across EMEA, from customer engagement and order capture through fulfilment and cash collection. The RPO ensures the process is executed consistently against agreed standards, while evolving it to meet changing customer expectations, market dynamics and fashion industry requirements.

The role drives process harmonization, operational excellence and digital enablement , acting as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams and senior leadership. The RPO is a key influencer in shaping how the business delivers customer value efficiently, compliantly and at scale.

Acting as the voice of the customer within E2C, the RPO reviews existing processes against customer feedback and business needs, balancing customer expectations with internal capabilities to deliver a seamless and responsive experience.

Primary Accountabilities:

PROCESS DESIGN AND STANDARDIZATION

·       Drive the consistent implementation of E2C processes and services across EMEA brands, markets, channels and functions, in line with the agreed North Star process design.

·       Maintain process integrity, promote leading practices and identify opportunities to simplify and harmonize ways of working.

·       Document regional processes, controls, standards and procedures to support consistency, auditability and adoption.

GOVERNANCE AND ISSUE RESOLUTION

·       Lead regional E2C governance forums and act as the primary point of contact for systemic process issues.

·       Lead root cause analysis for recurring problems and coordinate sustainable corrective actions through established governance forums.

·       Monitor process risks, dependencies and decisions, escalating material issues to the appropriate process and functional leaders.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE

·       Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities using process data, customer and business feedback, risk, cost and benefit analysis.

·       Lead quick wins and improvement initiatives from definition through implementation, tracking adoption and benefits realization.

·       Define and monitor key E2C performance indicators (e.g. order accuracy, on-time-in-full, first-time-right, cycle time) and use the insights to improve process quality, service and efficiency.

TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION

·       Partner with Digital Technology and Business Intelligence to evolve the systems, tools and reporting that support E2C, including SAP, B2B platforms, Mobimedia, PKMS and dashboards.

·       Translate process needs into clear business requirements and contribute to the regional E2C technology roadmap.

·       Promote appropriate use of automation, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities to improve accuracy, throughput and customer experience.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION AND CHANGE

·       Partner with Sales, Customer Operations, Distribution and Logistics, Finance, Planning, Digital Technology and EMEA brand teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.

·       Influence stakeholders across functions and countries, constructively challenging legacy practices where they limit E2C outcomes.

·       Act as an E2C subject matter expert and change agent, supporting communications, training and adoption of new processes and tools.

COMPLIANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT

·       Ensure regional E2C processes reflect applicable internal policies, controls and relevant local or regional requirements.

·       Coordinate required local process accommodations without compromising overall process integrity and standardization.

·       Proactively address control gaps, compliance risks and audit findings in partnership with the relevant functions.

Skills for Success and Key Competencies:

·   University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or a related field.

·   3+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash / Engage-to-Cash, customer operations, commercial services or process excellence, ideally in a multinational, multi-brand environment (fashion, apparel, footwear or consumer goods preferred).

·   Proven track record in process design, standardization and continuous improvement; Lean or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

·   Solid knowledge of SAP (SD/O2C) and B2B order management platforms; experience with EDI, reporting and BI tools is a plus.

·   Experience leading cross-functional projects and change initiatives across multiple countries.

·   Fluent English; Italian or another European language is an advantage.

·   End-to-end thinking: understands how decisions in one step of E2C impact customers, cost and cash across the value chain.

·   Influence without authority: builds credibility and alignment with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

·   Customer focus: translates customer feedback and business needs into practical process solutions.

·   Analytical and data-driven: uses data to identify root causes, prioritize improvements and measure benefits.

·   Change leadership: drives adoption of new ways of working and constructively challenges the status quo.

·   Clear communication: communicates complex topics in a structured, concise and executive-ready way.
