Quotations Specialist

Job Overview

The Quotations Specialist position is responsible day to day quotation requirements and active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

A Day In The Life

- Analyzing substation drawing packages, site photos, customer requests, outage history, and customer budgets to build an effective scope of work for substation outage prevention

- Presenting budgetary scipes to external statkeholders and explaining coverage decisions

- Collaborating with internal prject management teams on project execution strategy

- Analyzing site data to compare wiht intiial scope and eporting on variances

What will help you thrive in this role?

- Business Degree or equivalent practical experience

- Minimum three years of experience in a similar environment

- The ability to read and understand electrical utility and wildlife behavior

- Experience working with a solution-focused collaborative mindset

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Proven time management skills, ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
