We’re seeking a Turnkey & Infra Planning & Construction Director who will oversee planning and construction coordination across complex, high-impact railway projects. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.

Your role, your impact

- Lead planning and construction coordination for turnkey and infrastructure projects through tender and execution phases.

- Integrate schedules and align strategies across multiple business units and partners to ensure seamless delivery.

- Drive on-time delivery and establish best practices for planning and construction performance across the organization.

- Act as a design authority and coach to planning and construction coordination teams globally.

- Contribute to transversal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and process excellence within Alstom’s operations network.

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring every project delivers on time and with purpose.

What you bring

- Master’s degree in Project Management or related technical discipline.

- Proven experience in railway products, services, or complex infrastructure delivery.

- Strong planning and construction coordination expertise within multi-functional, international teams.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

- Structured, analytical, and proactive in proposing innovative solutions.

How success is measured

- Achievement of on-time project delivery milestones.

- Accurate six-month rolling project forecasts.

- Effective coaching, alignment, and cross-team collaboration.
