Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Manage the reception area to maintain a neat and orderly environment
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records using company systems
- Support administrative tasks as needed during evening and weekend shifts
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow during off-hours
- Keep refreshment supply stocked
- Scan documents
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and phone systems
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts consistently
