Electrical Estimator

Job Title: Electrical Estimator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team at the Mesa, AZ branch. This full-time position will be based in our office and focuses on providing technical estimations for electrical projects, ranging from bid preparation to job close-out documentation for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform quantity takeoff for electrical projects.
- Enter quantity takeoff data into estimating software.
- Solicit and review vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Review current material pricing levels.
- Estimate addenda as required.
- Visit sites and attend site walk meetings.
- Review bid and construction schedules.
- Draft and submit proposal documents.
- Follow post-bid closeout procedures.
- Attend weekly estimating team meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in electrical estimation, with a minimum of 2 years as an electrical estimator.
- Experience in supporting mission-critical projects like data centers and semiconductor facilities.
- Knowledge of construction management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in electrical construction or construction management.
- Excellent human relations skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated skills in conceptual estimates and financial analysis.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Work Environment
The position is based in our Mesa office, located at 4954 S Ellsworth Rd, Suite 103, Mesa, AZ. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with start and end times to be determined. We offer relocation assistance for the right candidate. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. will provide benefit info during interview stage
