About this role
This position ensures that Casino guests enjoy exceptional customer service, memorable facilities, and quality, value priced dining, by supervising front-of-house staff and activities, ensuring that proper protocols are being followed in the delivery of all food and beverage items.
Successful completion of a 1 year certificate in a related field (Hospitality, Restaurant/Bar Management, Business, Bartending etc.) or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience. Successful completion of a Food Safe Certificate. 3 years' experience in food and beverage operations and experience assisting with recruitment, training and coaching staff while in a supervisor role.
