Job Summary/Description:
WEAU 13 News, the dominant station in Eau Claire, WI, is searching for a sports reporter/anchor. We're looking for someone who is a natural storyteller. Someone who incorporates "real people" in stories that go beyond X's and O's. This position is about giving multiple viewpoints on issues in sports and "off the field" news about local athletes. This job is much more than reading highlights.
This position will include anchoring, as well as videography, editing, writing for multiple platforms, and working weekends. We need a team player who's willing to learn and grow in an environment with deadline pressure.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Applicants for this position should have strong on-air presence and interviewing skills, as well as experience writing copy for online stories and maintaining social media pages.
* We maintain some of the most viewed sports and news content online in Western Wisconsin.
