As an Operations Manager based in Swadlincote you’ll be responsible for:

- Being highly organised, commercially focused, and proactive to lead the day-to-day sales operations of our HVAC business.
- Ensuring the efficient running of sales support functions, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, customer service, and office administration
- Support the sales function, monitoring KPIs, supporting business growth initiatives and producing commercial reports.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm

- Experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Distribution or Supply Chain Management.

- Team Management & Leadership Experience

- Experience within HVAC, building products, wholesale, merchant or distribution sectors.
