Job Description
You'll act as the primary accounting reference for the Italian entity, overseeing accounting activities performed by the Shared Service Center. Your tasks will be:
- Ensure compliance with Italian GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
- Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Ensure effective internal controls, support compliance with Model 231 requirements, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Supervise VAT reporting, tax submissions, and cross-border compliance activities, including Intrastat where applicable.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding invoicing, payment status, and account reconciliations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
10+ years of accounting experience , preferably within an international or multinational organization using a Shared Service Center model.
Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards , t ax regulations , and statutory reporting requirements .
Practical experience with Italian VAT compliance , including international VAT reporting and cross-border transactions.
Fluent in Italian and English , both written and spoken.

Compensation
- Basic wage component (gross): 48000 EUR
- This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
