About this role

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI company building AI agents for the tools where teams work. You will combine product thinking and full-stack engineering to shape how people delegate to, guide, and trust AI teammates, while owning customer-facing experiences and their impact.

What You'll Do

- Design and build user experiences for delegating, steering, and overseeing AI agents.
- Ship end-to-end product work across React interfaces, Python backends, and production systems.
- Improve onboarding and help users reach meaningful value quickly.
- Speak with users, identify problems, prioritize solutions, and define product requirements as needed.
- Find and address points of friction after launch, improving activation and retention.
- Polish product details, including empty states, microcopy, and edge cases.
- Collaborate directly with company leadership, design, and growth in a small team.

What We're Looking For

- Typically 3 or more years of experience building products, with relevant experience ranging up to 10 or more years.
- Experience shipping a real user-facing product end to end, including user or business-led product, UX, and prioritization decisions.
- Strong full-stack skills, including React and Python, and the ability to build across interfaces, APIs, and deployment.
- Experience building AI or agent products, and using agentic AI tools or AI-assisted coding in your development workflow.
- Product judgment, design sensibility, attention to detail, and a bias toward shipping.
- Evidence of increasing scope and responsibility, or experience at an early-stage company or as a founder.
- Experience measuring product outcomes such as activation, retention, or conversion is valued. Experience with Modal is also useful.
