Production Lead (STW)

Position Summary:

• To advise department personnel on production output overseeing quality, quantity, efficiency, and safety

• Group Lead, Stilwell, OK

• 3rd Shift - 6:00 pm to 4:30 am

Role Responsibilities :

• Assign daily duties and task

• Advises personnel on job related issues

• Supervises Quality, Quantity, Efficiency and Safety issues within the department

• Directly supervises up to 20 employees

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures and applicable laws.

• Training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, resolving problems.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Perform each essential duty satisfactorily during normal working hours and overtime as needed including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

• Ability to calculate material usage, rates, pieces per hour and number of employees needed.

• Ability to calculate commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

• Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

• Ability to ready and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
