- Engineering Graduate.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA with proven project management capabilities.
- Excellent core Oracle Database skill sets with hands-on proficiency across versions 11g, 12c and 19c.
- Extensive experience delivering database performance tuning, major upgrades, cross-platform migrations, backup and recovery, and ongoing maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of critical database options including RAC, ASM, and Active Data Guard.
- Strong incident and problem management skills with the ability to devise reliable workarounds during crisis situations.
- Demonstrated leadership in planning, governing, and managing large, complex Oracle Database installations, migration projects, and customer engagements.
- Proven ability to serve as a hands-on technical lead while directing project milestones and technical teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional coordination abilities.
