Join Our Team: Full-Time Service Cashier
What Youll Do
- Bring a friendly, professional approach to every interaction with guests, co-workers, and clients.
- Calculate guest charges and process cash, credit, or direct-billing payments.
- Make a great first impression by acknowledging and greeting guests right away with friendly, professional service.
- Keep tickets accurately categorized and ready for audits.
- Collect and reconcile revenue accurately, and provide payment receipts.
- Follow all standard operating procedures to keep service running smoothly.
- Operate registers, gates, credit card machines, and other equipment.
- Use courteous, professional phone etiquette.
- Help guests find their way with directions, information about facility outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions, and assistance with other requests.
Qualifications
What Youll Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to read and write simple correspondence.
- The ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers, multiply and divide by 10 and 100, and use these skills with U.S. currency.
- An understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.
- The ability to understand rates based on elapsed time.
