The Opportunity

Prospect’s Client Advisory team is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to support its capital raising and relationship management efforts. This individual will help maintain investor and prospect information, prepare reports, coordinate outreach, and keep the team organized and informed.

This role is well-suited to someone with a background in finance, client service, or sales support who is organized, comfortable working with data, and interested in alternative investments. You’ll use Salesforce and Excel regularly to support the team’s daily activities and improve how information is tracked and shared.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate investor and prospect records in Salesforce, including contact information, outreach activity, and fundraising status; resolve missing information, inconsistencies, and duplicate records.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries to help the team and senior leadership track fundraising activity and investor engagement.

- Gather updates from team members, track outstanding items, and ensure records and reports reflect current activity.

- Assist with investor and prospect research, develop targeted contact lists, and support outreach campaigns.

- Help coordinate email marketing, events, and follow-up activities, including tracking responses and engagement.

- Serve as a day-to-day Salesforce resource for the team, applying strong familiarity with the platform to support reporting, track investor activity, and help colleagues use it effectively.

Desired Skills and Experience

- At least two to three years of experience in financial services, client service, sales support, investment operations, or a related field.

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, or a related field, with working knowledge of financial concepts and an interest in alternative investments.

- Strong Excel skills and comfort organizing, reviewing, and interpreting data.

- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform preferred; familiarity with PitchBook, Preqin, or Bloomberg is a plus.

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through, with a proactive approach to managing competing priorities.

- Strong communication skills and a responsive, service-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 plus an annual discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and performance.

In addition to the base salary, the hired professional is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, and AD&D. You'll also have access to pretax benefit accounts, including FSA, HSA, and Commuter accounts. Our perks go beyond the basics with a mentorship program, daily in-office paid breakfast and lunch, company-sponsored ski and sailing trips, and regular happy hours. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
