- Accountable for the region’s contribution to the central global dashboard being updated daily and reflecting a live, accurate status

- Ensure activity is prioritised globally rather than locally, and challenged against success measures such as revenue

- Own the regional service KPIs and SLAs, holding the region and hub to the agreed standards

- Lead, coach and develop the regional team, running appraisals, giving in-the-moment feedback and building succession

- Shape a regional culture of ownership, openness and service focus, working as one team with the hub

- Chair the regional working group, taking regional status, escalations and new requests into the council

- Manage local stakeholders and build the regional network needed to influence priorities and decisions

- Confident using data to manage performance and make capacity decisions

- Experience of offshoring or transitioning work into a hub

- Strong stakeholder management, including challenging proposed go-live dates against what operations realistically need to deliver, so the firm does not cut itself short, and escalating to the council where agreement cannot be reached

- Comfortable leading through a workflow tool and live data rather than spreadsheets and email

What you’ll be like

- Operates with a control-first mindset and never sacrifices quality for speed

- Data driven - manages performance and capacity through evidence, not anecdote

- Decisive on escalation; knows what to fix, what to delegate and what to raise
