Talent Acquisition Specialist

As Head of Talent Acquisition for LATAM, you will manage the regional Talent Acquisition agenda, partnering with business and People & Culture leaders to ensure Vestas has the talent needed to deliver its business priorities.

You will lead the LATAM TA team, build out workforce and talent planning, improve recruitment performance, and ensure global TA standards and transformation initiatives are implemented across the region.

Responsibilities

Manage the LATAM Talent Acquisition strategy and delivery, aligned with business and workforce priorities.

Partner with senior business and P&C leaders, providing advice on talent availability, market conditions and hiring strategies.

Coach, develop, and motivate the regional TA team to expand skills and reinforce ownership.

Use a more strategic, pipeline-based approach to recruitment, particularly for critical and hard-to-fill talent.

Use TA data, market intelligence and KPIs to identify priorities, improve performance and support business decisions.

Ensure consistent application of global TA processes and standards while responding to regional needs. Vestas' current Global TA policy explicitly includes regional responsibilities and regional adjustments.

Partner with Global Talent Attraction on targeted strategies for critical hiring needs and business growth.

Support the adoption of new TA technology and ways of working as part of Vestas' broader TA transformation.

Qualifications

Solid Talent Acquisition experience in a complex, international organization.

Demonstrated people leadership and senior stakeholder-management experience.

Experience developing and executing TA strategies across multiple countries or business areas.

Experience interpreting hiring data and KPIs to support effective recruitment choices.
