Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Installer Apprentice to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist to configure and troubleshoot ongoing projects
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- IBEW Union Member
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in installation or service of security or low-voltage systems
- Expertise with field wiring, terminations, and headend equipment setup
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work from blueprints or wiring diagrams
- High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in high-security environments
- This position requires regular driving to customer and project sites. A valid drivers license is required.
The hourly pay for this role is: $32.08 - 40.83/hr based on Union rates . Benefits: Per Collective Bargaining Agreement.
